Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed Wrongfully)
If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a DMCA counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your region and accept service of process from the original complaining party.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Konex Cinema may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate the rights of copyright holders.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, and permanently disable accounts in accordance with applicable law and our internal policies.
Removal and Restoration Procedure
Upon receiving a valid takedown notice:
- We will remove or disable access to the content.
- We will notify the user responsible for the content.
- If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 14 business days.
Misuse of the DMCA Process
Submitting false claims either takedown notices or counter-notices can result in legal consequences, including damages and attorney’s fees.
